GCM Grants

·      GCM Garden Therapy Grant – Up to $500 for a Garden Therapy project emphasizing how physically challenged or learning disabled and/or shut-ins will receive noteworthy benefit.

·      GCM Landscape for Economically Challenged Grants up to $500 for a landscape project for the economically challenged. 

·      GCM Natural Disasters Grant -  Up to $500 for a restoration project where a natural disaster has occurred.

·      GCM Nature Grant – Up to $500 for the beautification, preservation and/or improvement of an existing nature area or for a new nature-related project.

·      GCM Plant America Community Project Grant – Up to $500 for a new or existing planting project within their community.

·      GCM Wildflower Project Grant – Up to $500 for a project emphasizing the effective use of and promotion of wildflowers, its educational value, and visual appeal.

NGC Grants

·      Plant America Community GrantThese grants provide support for the activities of member clubs by providing funding for new or existing projects in the community.  NGC awards up to $2000 dollars for a worthy project. Open from April 1 - October 15.

·      Ames Tool Grant:  Clubs may apply for tools, including children’s tools and lightweight tools, for use in a community garden project.  Winning clubs may select tools up to a retail value of $250 for a community garden or garden therapy club project. Deadline is March 1, 2023.

·      Natural Disaster GrantNGC funds are available for local and state clubs for trees and plantings used in restoration projects after national disasters.  Grants of up to $5000 per project may be awarded in a fiscal year to local or state clubs. SEE the Natural Disaster USA page.

·      Native Plant and Wildflower Education Grant:  Grant funds are to be used for direct expenses for an educational program, symposium, or workshop on the subject of native plants or wildflowers.    Up to $500 can be awarded to a club, state garden club, district or council.

. Plant America, Feed America: One of our president's projects during the 2023-2025 administration is a campaign to help feed the hungry across America. Called PLANT AMERICA - Feed America, the project will encourage every NGC member to help fight food insecurity.
